Our first crew had their own tools, which made moving a refrigerator simpler, but the second crew did not, which made things go a little slower, so if your moving job is likely to require some tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc) then make sure Motivated knows about that need.

Mike, Colondo and Marcus are the most polite, courteous, professional and efficient movers I have met (and I have moved 25+ times). They arrived ahead of schedule, worked quickly and carefully to move every item efficiently and were very friendly. Would definitely use Motivated Movers again.

James scheduled the move and gave the quote quickly and professionally. The Movers showed up on time and loaded and unloaded quickly! They were all very polite, easy to work with and took direction well. They took great care of our things and had all the moving equipment needed. I would definitely recommend them!

Micah, Dylan, and Manny helped me move last week and they were an awesome crew. Customer service via phone for getting a quote and booking a move date was helpful and quick. The time and cost estimate I was given by the central office was very close to the reality on my move date. Communication with the moving crew was great, they made sure they knew what was going where and worked relentlessly to get my move done. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but the next time I do, I'm calling Motivated Movers.

From calling and getting in contact with their call center, Amy helped me with all of my questions and concerns especially with using other moving companies in the past with hidden fees and unknown charges. For our movers, Austin and Chris were amazing. They were cordial, professional, and efficient with my job I needed them to do. Amazing, 100% perfect. I 100% will be using them for my next move.

Between my wife and I, this was probably our third time using them and they've always been an incredible bunch. They work fast, move well, filled the truck, distributed the boxes as we asked them to, and worked with us to balance services and cost to get us what we needed. Three nice young men showed up Devon, Dalton and Darius. They were very polite and professional. They took charge and loaded in 2.5 hours, unloaded in 1 hours. They had ask the right supplies and equipment. And I’m so glad these moving trucks come with a platform lift on the back! The plastic wrap your cabinets and dressers so the doors/drawers don’t come open too. And they stay focused! A friend recommended them and I would highly recommend them too, thank you guys!

On time and they were all friendly and hard workers. They had to move a garden tub upstairs to a bathroom. The tub was curved and very heavy. They got it up there pretty quick. They are so professional and knew just how to handle it. The tub was put up there with no damage and they didn’t damage any walls or trim. That is impressive with a heavy bulky bathtub. I sure recommend them if you need professional courteous movers.

Austin, Daniel, Lamont, and Aiden all worked very quickly to get our things into our new home. I had some heavier equipment (garage cabinet shop) that I was sure would be a problem but they handled it all very well! Would absolutely recommend and request those guys again!

We had a little hiccup as they got held up on the stop prior to us. 1 bedroom, living room & kitchen items done in an hour!! Trying to remember their names…Ethan and Lucas, maybe. But they were great.

Had them pack my truck. They were careful, very fast and excellent in working out the order of where I need things in the truck. Very happy.

However after services completed it was less than the estimate. They helped me move my furniture so I can get my new carpet installed. They were quick and very friendly. Came back later and returned it after carpet install and was very respectful. I will use them again if I do move.

They were so well mannered and worked incredibly hard and fast. My furniture is heavy with marble or granite but they moved each piece so delicately. Mike, David, and Javier worked quickly and efficiently and got everything done in 3 hrs. They were also very friendly and accommodating when I had to change my initial instructions to make things fit. Would definitely recommend!

The inventory was accomplished via Zoom, which was so convenient. I can't say enough about the crew that did the moving. They were so fast and so polite. I definitely recommend them.

This was a very undesirable job for anyone! 3 young gentlemen showed up and we had to beg them multiple times to please drink water or stop long enough to eat a just slice of pizza. They were like machines! They wasted no time at all! They didn’t stop for a break or lunch and we’re so joyful to work. These gentlemen had phenomenal manners always using yes sir/ma’am. They had enduring work ethics that you very rarely see today! Also- the price was very competitive! When it was time to pay we weren’t surprised with a more expensive bill and we weren’t hassled over hidden fees! I’m a realtor and will be referring all of my clients to them!! We were located in Tanner Alabama And Bham people came to save the day!

They moved me quickly and made sure they got everything that needed to be moved loaded on to the truck. At the new house, they made sure that put everything in the correct location in the house. I was quoted 6 hours and they got me moved in under 4 hours(including drive time)! One item broke, but that was due to my poor packing honestly. All in all, I am glad I went with Motivated Movers!

The only issue we had concern with was one of our TVs. We ended up repacking it ourselves. Also found an end table while unloading that had a hige scratch across the top. We requested 2 people and 3 showed. We had the option to keep the 3rd person and did for an extra $30/hr as he was clearly the "leader/forman" of the crew. They were super friendly and available during the time frame we needed.
