When something arrives with damage, missing components, or another discrepancy, we document it right away with photos and written notes and share that information with your team. From there, we help you decide whether to hold, return, repair, or proceed. The priority is fast communication so installation plans stay as intact as possible.

Can you work outside of business hours to accommodate my clients' schedules?

Yes. We regularly coordinate around client availability, building rules, and installation windows, which can mean early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
